Huawei has a new phone in the works and it looks suitably impressive with its bezel-less design. But what’s it called?

Huawei has a new phone in the works. The handset, which is unnamed at present, leaked in TENAA with a model number FIG-AL00.

All we know about the handset is that it features a very nice design, a bezel-less frontage a la the Galaxy S8, iPhone X, and Essential Phone.

The handset, however, could well be destined for a China-only launch, according to some reports. Apparently, its model number is indicative of handsets that are destined for use purely in China.

That would be a shame too because this phone looks very impressive. I mean, just look at it:

The unnamed Huawei phone appears to have a dual-lens camera, a centrally placed fingerprint scanner, and a very subtle overall design that, to my eye, looks very similar to Google’s Pixel XL 2 with its two-tone back panel.

Nothing else is known about the handset; the specs weren’t listed and nor were the hardware – or even a codename.

It definitely looks like a premium offering though. I mean, it has a dual-lens camera and an all-front display, two things that are usually exclusively reserved for flagship models.

The fact that this handset is now in TENAA tells out that it cannot be far away from an official launch. That launch could happen at any time now, so we’ll update you as soon as we here more.

What you reckon? New flagship model or just another mid-range phone for China?
