The LG V30 was a stellar handset. And now the wait is almost over for its successor: the LG V40.
Some of the best images we’ve seen to date have now also been leaked online. They come courtesy of @onleaks.
The images are renders, but the source of the images assures that they are 100% legit (meaning: they come from inside LG HQ).
The renders also confirm a couple of things too:
1) The LG V40 will have a notch display. 2) The LG V40 will feature a dedicated Google Assistant button
Beyond this, we’re told about the dimensions (158.8 x 75.8 x 7.8mm) which mean this phone is slightly bigger than the LG G7 ThinQ.
LG V40 Display
The LG V40 will feature a 6.3in OLED panel. Likely one of LG’s brand new OLEDs too.
There is also a dual-lens camera on the back. Inside you’re likely looking at the Snapdragon 845 CPU, 6GB of RAM, support for 512GB SD cards, and Android Pie (though this will depend on its release date).
Here’s a video of the leak in full.
