ALL these Xbox games are getting Xbox One X enhancements for the Xbox One X release

Microsoft’s Xbox One X will launch later on this year. Priced at $499, the console is the first, true 4K gaming Xbox. For this reason, the hype around the console is fairly high.

Microsoft confirmed the specs and design of the Xbox One X earlier on this year. Following the announcement, we heard plenty of talk about launch day titles and current games that would be getting “enhanced” for the Xbox One X.

Microsoft has now confirmed ALL the Xbox One X’s launch day titles, as well as confirming all the existing games that will be getting Xbox One X enhancements.

The Xbox One X enhanced games are as follows: Assassin’s Creed Origins, Diablo III: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition, EA SPORTS FIFA 18, Fallout 4, Final Fantasy XV, Halo 5: Guardians, Madden NFL 18, Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, Star Wars Battlefront II, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, Tom Clancy’s The Division, and World of Tanks.

You can see the full list of titles over on Microsoft’s website.

And if you’ve been under a rock for the past 12 months, here’s a breakdown, again, via Microsoft, about what you can expect from the Xbox One X in terms of performance and capabilities:

  • Price: $499.99
  • Enjoy 4K Ultra Blu-ray and 4K video streaming
  • Play 100+ console exclusives, 300+ Xbox 360 games
  • Rely on fast, stable, dedicated Xbox Live servers
  • Experience premium Dolby Atmos and DTS:X audio
  • Works with all your games and accessories
  • Games play better with 6 teraflops
  • Stream and record clips in 4K resolution at 60FPS
  • See every frame with 326 GB/sec memory bandwidth
  • Relish 40% more power than any other console

The Xbox One X will join the PS4 Pro at the very top of the console market. Sony is currently outselling Microsoft’s console, according to reports, but the arrival of the Xbox One X might just turn the tables on Sony’s console, as the Xbox One X is the most potent console ever released.

The upshot to the release of the Xbox One X is that all existing Xbox models – Xbox One and Xbox One S – will likely be heavily discounted, meaning if you’re not bothered about 4K gaming (as you will need a 4K TV to do it), you can pick yourself up the still very-excellent Xbox One S for a lot less.

You can now pre-order the Xbox One X via Microsoft’s official Xbox Store.
