Samsung's Galaxy S8 Plus phablet will be the only variant with a dual-camera

We've heard the claims before, but a new report out of South Korea adds further weight to the idea that the Samsung Galaxy S8 series will ditch a physical Home key in favour of on-screen controls. However, while earlier reports claimed the fingerprint scanner would be hidden under the display glass, others have suggested it will be moved to the phone's back panel - this latest report reiterates the latter rumour of a rear-mounted scanner.

Several recent leaks from casemakers have shown the design of the Galaxy S8, and while it clearly lacks visible front-mounted controls, they do not clear up the question of where the fingerprint scanner is.

Additionally, this latest report claims the Galaxy S8 Plus model will be the only variant to have a dual-camera sensor; we've also heard this before, and the renders appear to support the idea that one model, at least, will have a single sensor camera. It's also suggested that the regular Galaxy S8 will have a 5.2in display, while the Plus model will be a 6.2in phablet - again, this has been rumoured already.
